Hilton Austin is in a great location in downtown Austin. It’s next door to the Austin Convention Center and only two blocks from ‘dirty 6th‘ The hotel features a lovely rooftop pool and bar. The pool deck also has a hot tub which is free to use for hotel guests. There is also a well-equipped fitness center, so there’s no excuse for letting things slip while you’re in Austin. It’s also an easy walk to the Second Street district for shopping and dining or about 10 minutes to Rainey Street, where you’ll find cool bars and eateries.

All rooms at Hilton Austin have a small refrigerator, and a coffee maker. The bathrooms are clean and modern, and the rooms themselves, well not huge, are large enough to be comfortable and are well furnished. King suites are 247 sq ft. Those wanting more space can upgrade to a suite, which is large enough for even the most persnickety guests.

With a Starbucks on-site, y’all will be able to get your morning fix. You can also dine in the in-house restaurant Cannon and Balle, which serves a fresh Texas menu. With only one restaurant, in-house dining options at Hilton Austin are more limited than some other downtown hotels; however, Cannon and Belle is excellent, so you won’t mind unless you’re there for an extended stay. There’s also plenty of great restaurants to enjoy in downtown Austin so get out and explore the town. The concierge can help find you the perfect spot and make a reservation.

The fitness center offers a sauna, and the spa offers massage as well as a range of beauty and relaxation treatments.

The proximity to the convention center, 4-star rating, and downtown location make this a popular hotel with business travelers. But it’s also great for couples and families. In addition, the location allows you to walk to most of the city.
