Super 8 by Wyndham Austin Downtown/Capitol Area is about as budget as it gets in a walkable downtown Austin location. The rooms are basic, the amenities are minimal, but the location near the State Capitol and within striking distance of 6th Street is surprisingly good for a Super 8.
